FAQs – Made for Dreamers


How does my purchase support charity?
When you buy a T-shirt from Made for Dreamers:

  • 50% of our net profit from your order is donated to the charity you choose at checkout

  • Profits are calculated annually in May, and donations are made at that point each year

  • You’ll also contribute to our wider charitable impact, including the Made for Dreamers Fund (see below)


What happens to the money from my purchase?
With each T-shirt you buy:

  • 50% of net profit goes to your chosen charity

  • A further portion may be added to the Made for Dreamers Fund

  • The rest helps cover business costs like production, fulfilment, and platform fees


Are charity donations refundable if I return my order?
Yes — if you return your full order within our 30-day return window, we’ll refund your payment in full, including the portion that would have gone to charity.
This is because we only donate based on profits calculated annually in May — so no donation is triggered until then.


Can I choose which charity my T-shirt supports?
Yes — simply select your preferred charity on the product page or at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to multiple countries. Please see our Shipping Info page for up-to-date delivery options and costs.


What sizes do your T-shirts come in?
We offer sizes XS to XL. Visit our Size Guide to find your perfect fit.


Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. See our Returns Policy for details.


How does the Made for Dreamers Fund work?
In addition to your chosen charity, part of our profits may go into the Made for Dreamers Fund — a growing community pot.
When it reaches its target, we randomly select a customer from eligible orders to choose a UK-registered charity to receive the full donation.

While we always aim to honour the selected customer's chosen charity, Made for Dreamers reserves final discretion over the donation to ensure the nominated organisation is registered, eligible, and aligned with our values.


How is the charity for the Made for Dreamers Fund donation chosen?
All eligible orders from that cycle are entered into a random selection. The chosen customer may nominate any UK-registered charity.
We’ll review the nomination and, provided it meets our criteria, proceed with the donation.


What happens if I’m selected for the Made for Dreamers Fund donation?
We’ll contact you via email. If we don’t receive a reply within 7 days, we’ll select another customer.


How is the donation delivered?
We make the donation directly to the selected UK charity and share proof on our website or social media.
