Welcome to Made for Dreamers! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our website, making purchases, and understanding how we operate.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.
1. Who We Are
Made for Dreamers is a UK-based brand that sells merchandise to support charitable causes and inspire collective impact. Every purchase helps fund meaningful change.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability.
3. Donations to Charity and the Made for Dreamers Fund
Made for Dreamers is a for-profit company committed to giving back. We are a commercial participator as defined by UK charity law.
We donate 50% of net profits from each sale to the featured charity listed on the product page.
Net profit refers to the amount remaining after covering business costs such as manufacturing, fulfilment, shipping, platform fees, and payment processing.
Donations are calculated annually in May, based on our total net profits from the relevant fundraising period.
We work with Work for Good to process donations for Shelter and the Mental Health Foundation, ensuring legal compliance and transparency.
In addition, a portion of profits may support the Made for Dreamers Fund — a community pot that enables customers to help direct additional donations to UK-registered charities. When the fund target is reached, a customer from the eligible orders in that cycle is randomly selected to nominate a charity.
Please note that while we aim to honour customer selections, Made for Dreamers retains final discretion over the nominated charity to ensure eligibility, compliance, and alignment with our values.
We are committed to transparency and share regular impact updates on our website and social media channels.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund, including the portion that would have been allocated to charity — as donations are only made once profits are calculated annually in May.
